Arena Manager Install Package Click this link
SAVE to your computer.
BEFORE DOING STEP 4, GO TO THE CONFIG SCREEN IN ARENA MANAGER, CLICK THE "CREATE DATABASE BACKUP BUTTON.
GO TO THE CONTROL PANEL - ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS, SELECT ARENA MANAGER - THEN REMOVE.
Unzip and run the Arena Management MSI / Windows Installer file.
AFTER ARENA MANAGER IS REINSTALLED, GO TO THE CONFIG SCREEN - CLICK THE CHANGE DATABASE BUTTON, AND RESELECT YOUR ORIGINAL DATABASE - YOUR COMPUTER WILL NOT REQUIRE A NEW KEYCODE, AND YOU WILL BE RUNNING ON YOUR CURRENT INFORMATION.

ALL USERS - Some versions of Windows will present an error or two during the install - if you get a 1904 error click the "continue", any other error click "OK", the install will continue successfully.

XP USERS - Take the defaults to install

VISTA USERS - make a new folder in the "Public" name it Arena Manager - when you are installing Arena Management instead of accepting the default C:Program Files\Arena Management install location - change it to the Public\Arena Manager folder - this will get around the Vista permissions issue for reports, excel export files.
This install location should allow an easier setup for networking in Vista as well.
